178 condominiums providing 1,750 to 4,200 square feet of air-conditioned living space. priced from the $800,000s to more than $3 million.  Amrit also will offer a private hotel and condo suites.

The city Zoning Board of Adjustment, on Oct 19, 2004 basically tossed out the RH zoning ordinance by granting (5-0) three exceptions so that  a wider deeper high rise building can be built on the property than allowed by the City's RH zoning code.

  • To allow a 20 story building to be 370 ft deep rather than the code max of 200.

  • To allow the building to be wider than code.

  • To build ANOTHER  up to 10 story building in the front of the property that would not be considered a high rise for a total building length of nearly 500 ft.
