. . . Riviera Beach activist Dawn Pardo says she was shocked to find two private investigators
surreptitiously
filming her signing up citizens for a petition to repeal a plan
by the city council to give PBG builder Dan Catalfumo a 99-year
lease on prized beachfront land. "It's an obvious attempt at
intimidation," she said. Said Catalfumo: "You bet we're filming.
I'm documenting the lies they're telling people who sign. We may
need it when we go to court." . . .

man's employer, "Allegations, Inc." was Involuntarily Dissolved
in 1989,
